Answers to Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: What is needed to be tested? A: You will need a prescription from your Doctor. This is required by the FDA. You will need to submit this together with several other documents prior to being scheduled for testing
Q: What insurance do you accept? / Do you accept Medicare/Medical? A: We do not process insurance payments. We will provide a receipt for payment of your testing and you will need to work with your insurance company to see if they will provide reimbursement.
Q: How fast can I get tested? A: We are currently scheduling Sample Collections bi-weekly. You will need to have all paperwork completed prior to being scheduled.
Q: What is the cost? A: $100 per test. This is paid on line prior to providing a sample.
Q: How long to receive the results? A: The results are available within 2 days after having the sample collected.
