LymphoTrack® Dx Software - MiSeq®
The LymphoTrack Dx Software – MiSeq package is intended to be used for bioinformatics data analysis and visualization of raw FASTQ files from the Illumina MiSeq instrument when used with LymphoTrack Dx Assays.
The LymphoTrack® Dx Assays were designed to produce sequencing data that can be analyzed using the LymphoTrack Dx Software – MiSeq® package provided on the associated CD (Cat#: 95000009). This CD includes detailed instructions for installation and use of the software package, as well as two essential tools for analysis:
- LymphoTrack Dx Data Analysis – MiSeq (run with Microsoft Windows®)
- LymphoTrack Dx Visualization (run with Microsoft Excel®)
The MiSeq® sequencing run of samples prepared with LymphoTrack Dx Assays provide FASTQ files that can be easily processed into fully analyzed data using the LymphoTrack Dx Data Analysis – MiSeq Application.
The data output can then be visualized in Microsoft Excel using the LymphoTrack Dx Visualization target-specific application. The following eight reports are generated:
- Read Summary
- Merged Read Summary
- VJ Sequence Frequency Graph
- VJ Usage
- VJ Usage Percent Graph
- VJ Usage Raw Graph
- VJ Sequence Frequency
- Unique Reads
These are in vitro diagnostic products and available in regions that accept CE-IVD products.
