Sensitivity panels consist of a 10-0, 10-1, 10-2, 10-3, 10-4, 10-5, and 10-6 dilutions of the indicated control. |
|
|
Proficiency panels consist of a 10-0, 10-2, and 10-4 dilution of the positive controls supplied with the applicable assay kit. The panel also contains the IVS-0035 Clonal Control RNA that is used as the negative control for the assays. |
